Never-Loose Strap

The "Never-Loose" ratcheting bungee strap is the next step in the evolution of tie downs.  The patented design uses built-in heavy-duty elastic to pull the slack out of the strap as you travel.  Easily store and secure the tail end of the strap with the attached velcro.
